DIGITAL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

By purchasing or availing any service from us, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Services
WAYFONIX provides service-based solutions including digital, technical, or consultancy services as described on the Website or agreed with clients.
Since services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation, refunds are governed strictly as per this policy.

2. Refund Policy

A. Service-Based Projects (IT Services, Development, Consultancy)

– Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
– If the project is cancelled by the client, charges will apply for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
– No refunds will be provided after final delivery of the agreed service.

B. Digital Products (Courses, Certification, Exams)

– All purchases of digital products, including courses, certification fees, and exam access, are non-refundable once access has been granted.
– Refunds will not be provided for:
– Change of mind
– Lack of usage
– Failure to complete a course or pass an exam

– Exception:
Refunds may be issued only in cases of:
– Duplicate payment
– Technical error resulting in non-access to purchased content

C. Definition of Digital Access

Access to digital products is considered granted when the user:
– Gains entry to course content
– Is enrolled in a course or certification program
– Receives access to exam or assessment modules

Once access has been granted, the product is deemed consumed and is non-refundable.

3. Advance Payments
Advance payments are required to begin work.
Advance fees are non-refundable once payment is done.
The advance amount covers planning, resource allocation, and initial work.

4. Cancellation Policy

– Service-based projects may be cancelled by submitting a written request.
– Charges will apply for work already completed.

– Digital products (courses, certification, exam access) cannot be cancelled once access has been granted.

5. Duplicate Transactions

Refunds will be issued in case of duplicate payments caused by technical errors.

– Verification will be conducted.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Third-Party Costs
Payments made towards third-party services such as:
Domain registration
Hosting services
Software licenses
API subscriptions
Advertising budgets
are non-refundable, as these are governed by third-party providers.

7. Service Completion
Once the agreed service or deliverables are completed and shared with the client, no refund requests will be entertained.

8. Limitation of Liability
WAYFONIX’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
